Refund policy

You must call for an RMA # for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of your invoice date. If we accept returns after 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Due to the nature of Custom Imprinted cards, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly correct it. Any envelopes that are not returned with the cards will be charged at 25¢ each. The 30 day return policy applies to 2025 calendars, however, we will not accept any calendar returns after 12/1/24 regardless of the invoice date. In order to receive a full refund, when returning cards, you MUST mail them in a sturdy box with plenty of packing to prevent shifting and damage in transit. Do not fold or write on the cards. We cannot refund damaged or incomplete sets.
